All of the Dig A Crusher and Dig A Screener products naturally meet the requirements of the demolition industry. The crushing buckets are particularly suited to sites where a mobile crushing plant is either impractical because of lack of space, or the quantities of C&D waste involved do not warrant the hire or transport of the same. The buckets can utilise existing excavators and are very cost effective as only one machine, operator and fuel load are involved.
The ability to process rebar waste gives the Dig A Crusher buckets a huge advantage over conventional crushing plant, as there are no belts to damage and the risk of jams is minimalised. Sleepers, posts and street furniture can be processed in seconds.
The Dig A Screeners are ideal for further segregating the waste into saleable products, with the Remu star screens able to process wet products, which cannot be processed by normal screening plant. This gives a particular advantage in that recycling is not delayed by bad weather.
The Dig A Magnet is a real boon on demolition sites as metal reinforcing material can be collected during crushing, thus reducing the risk of punctures on site.
